About Authors of Indian Public Administration (Institutions and Issues)
Prof. Ramesh K Arora, MPA, M Phil., PhD (Kansas, USA) was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Kansas, Lawrence and a Senior Fulbright Fellow at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University, New York, USA.
He was Professor and Head, Department of Public Administration and Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Rajasthan.
Presently, he is working as a Distinguished Visiting Professor at the HCM Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration, Jaipur. A Pi Sigma Alpha and Paul Appleby Awardee, Dr. Arora has lectured at several institutions in India and abroad including the USA, the UK, Germany, Malaysia, Thailand, Pakistan, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and South Africa.
He is the author/editor of numerous books including the best selling book: Indian Public Administration. He edits Administrative Change, an international journal and is Honorary Chairman, Management Development Academy, Jaipur. Prof. Arora can be reached at rkajaipur@rediffmail.com
Dr. Rajni Goyal is Professor of Political Science, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. She obtained her Masters and Ph.D. degrees from Rajasthan University.
She has been teaching for well over three and a half decades.
Dr Rajni is the author of several books, main amongst them are State Civil Service Training in India, Major Constitutions, Revenue and General Administration in Rajasthan and The Gram Sabha and Gram Sevak in Rajasthan.
She has authored articles in national as well as international journals of repute.
