At Books Jugaad, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we are committed to resolving them in a fair and transparent manner.

📦 Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwritten, and in its original condition

  • The original invoice/receipt is available

  • Clear images or a short video of the issue must be shared for verification

❌ Non‑Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Dissatisfaction with the nature, syllabus, or contents of the book

  • Exam or academic books that have been opened, used, written on, or marked

  • Minor printing variations, edition differences, or publisher‑level updates

  • Delivery delays caused by courier or logistics partners

💰 Refunds

  • Once the return request is approved and the product is verified, refunds will be processed

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days after approval

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) fees and delivery charges are non‑refundable

🔁 Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are offered only for damaged or incorrect products

  • Replacement dispatch is subject to stock availability

  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued instead

🚚 Return Shipping

  • For approved cases of damaged or incorrect items, return shipping will be arranged by Books Jugaad

  • In all other approved cases, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer
